In our laundry room is a very large, long box. And the box peeps!
Our four little chicks came in a day earlier than they were expected.
My Pet Chicken will ship as few as three day-old chicks, packing them carefully with a heat pad enclosed to keep the babies warm.
Here are a few photos.... we're so excited to have them here. All healthy and active.
They
each weigh approximately 33 grams, and are fluffy, mesmerizing little
balls. The girls have tiny little wing feathers beginning to grow. They eat,
drink, poop and sleep continually.
So much fun!

Adorable! Wish we were there to see them in person.
Tell Emily that for Henry, seeing her was more exciting than seeing the chickens! He talks about Hughemily and their big truck all the time!
:-)
I love them!
