I purchased an humongous pork shoulder roast for the 4th of July. We plan on having pulled pork sandwiches, with all the fixin's for a casual but well fed dinner. Elizabeth and Roger will be coming, plus Judy and her family and a few friends will round out our family here quite nicely. If only Hugh & Emily could show up on our doorstep, everything would be perfect!
We'll have fun & games, lots of conversation, kids running madly about, and perhaps watch fireworks.
Soon Ginger & Elliott will be moving closer...
Laura is planning on going all out for this great celebration, and has been thinking about the menu for two weeks now.
