This soup recipe looks like another great food-storage item. I *love* soup... I'm looking forward to cold and rainy (IhopeIhopeIhope) weather this fall/winter so that I can try all sorts of recipes.
I love lots, but every winter I look forward to making Ribolita Sicilian Stew. At the bottom of each bowl you put a slice of baguette bread spread with pesto (whose do you think I use?) and pepper jack cheese. Holy smokes, when you get to the bottom it's especially amazing.
