GIRL!!!!
Ah, does life get any better than this?? Jenny had a baby girl this evening. Heaven does answer prayers...
She is 8#, 4 oz. and 20 1/2" long. After three boys, there is a big change in the Riggs family home. No name yet. Mother and daughter are doing well, as is Daddy. And Grandma gets to make another pink quilt!
I'm so grateful for all my children, and now their children. Aren't families wonderful? And the familial extension goes beyond my immediate children and their spouses... our families-in-law and their families-in-law. Like the proverbial ripples extending out from pebble dropped into the pond, the connections just don't stop.
Life is good.
