Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Was this as good as it looks? Well, yes I think it was. Not as chocolatey as that beautiful brown color implies, but it was a really good bread. Moist and flavorful. And much too easy to snack on here and there!

The recipe came from the King Arthur Flour website. I substituted white sugar for the honey, and omitted the espresso powder. I also added a cup of broken pecans. Pecans make everything better.  And of course, I cannot go to all this trouble and just make one loaf.
The recipe doubles easily.
Slice while still warm and enjoy with a cup of cold milk.
ahhhhh....
One of life's little pleasures.

I made this yesterday with the last zucchini from our garden. It was very good. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
