No matter how the Feds & the 'Humane' Egg Producers dress up the cages, they're still cages.
No sunlight, no dirt, no greenery, no bugs = no life. This lousy bill will stick hens in cages forever... and what's up with the Federal Govt. getting involved in state rights?

I suppose that is a lot better than the crammed cages we've seen in other places, but I'll have to agree with you that it is still a cage.
I don't know what bill you are referring to, but those cages still stink...
