Methinks today was one of those times. I heard a little 'bump' and opened the door to this. Ella was sitting in the little triangle. Just as your dad says ~ don't get under the table, instead during an earthquake sit next to something that will provide a triangle haven. The heavy dresser caught on the white bookcase, which created that little triangle for Ella.

Wow! I am really glad that did not land on Ella. You had better not move that bookshelf for a while.

If I had known you had one of those ikea bookcases, I would have recommended bolting it to the wall. In fact, I'm surprised you, especially, didn't already have that done!
It's not Ikea; it's a good, really heavy bookcase.
