William Li: Can we eat to starve cancer?

I like the Ted site. It presents quite an eclectic group of speakers.
This particular talk is one of which I wish I had a transcript. I found the first 10 minutes interesting, as he explains how angiogenesis works. During the second ten minutes, Mr. Li gets into how his theory may affect people. I'd read about this previously; Mr. Li presents it well. But I'd really like to print out his charts. I'll have to look on the web.

I wish they would have more transcripts... I hate having to be glued to the computer when I want to watch the talks.
