These are actually pretty good! (I was surprised.) They cans are great for a year's supply. I generally purchase the smaller cans, but the larger cans are great for a family.
Because I have tendinitis in my right thumb (I'm typing with one finger), I finally asked for a cortisone shot. This injection is *not* for the faint of heart. The area below mt thumb was deadened but the injection itself took about 2 looooong minutes to accomplish. As my doctor said "There's a lot of medication to get in there".
Now my hand is numb/ Numb as in I can't feel anything at all. I don't like this feeling... or unfeeling as one may call it.
Hopefully the tendinitis will be gone within a few weeks so that I can quilt, knit and cook with ease again. And type.

You should ask Dr. Hall about your tendonitis... he has a maching called the tens machine (I think that's the name) that is awesome for tendonitis... cured my shoulder!
Sorry about your thumb -- that sounds miserable. Hope you get better soon.
