I'm thinking I'll make this on the Fourth of July. My mouth is watering already.
My tomatoes are beginning to ripen, but I don't think we'll have enough for the barbeque. I'm hoping the Farmer's Market is open that Saturday morning... besides tomatoes, strawberries would be a good addition for dessert.
Your dad will be grilling steaks and y'all are invited for good food, fun and games and great company!
