Greek Salad

Tomatoes from my garden.... so wonderful this season.

Fresh Greek Salad ~
Several fresh tomatoes, cut bite sized chunks
Cucumbers to match, cut into bite sized chunks
Black whole olives, drained
Small red onion, thinly sliced
Feta cheese , cumbled

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl; sprinkle liberally with fresh feta cheese.
Serve immediately. This is wonderful as a dinner salad with a crusty loaf of bread.

***Did you know that refrigerator ruins tomatoes? Never, ever refrigerate a tomato!

That is a heckuva lot of tomatos. I think next summer I am going to come home right when all your produce is ripe. I really wanted some plums.
