Reading Elizabeth's post about her grateful Thursdays, I thought you might like to see this note that was sent to one of my quilting chat groups.
"A few weeks ago, I told Jim that every morning I wake up and have my coffee in my Penguin cup, I know it's going to be a good day, because it reminds me of my friends. He asked me why I didn't have my coffee in that cup every day. I said that it's just the two of us and it takes three or four days before the dishwasher is full enough to run. Every morning, when I open the cabinet door to get a coffee cup, I reach for my clean Penguin Cup."
