Perhaps this isn't the correct title for this post; I've heard one or two other witty salvos from Romney along the campaign trail already.
He is introducing a commercial tomorrow, though... this is the earliest any nominee-hopeful has aired any. Can't remember who, but there was a Presidential nominee who did so in February of '93. Hugh Hewitt stated today that he believes Romney will receive 8 or 9 times the value that he pays for this political spot. It will be bandied about, repeated, shown on news programs, etc. If Mitt Romney had trouble with his low-profile, that is about to end.
I believe his website (which hopefully will not crash tomorrow) is to air 30 or 60 seconds spots from the commercial itself. It will feature the SLC Olympics, of course... and other patriotic, leaderly aspects.
This should be an interesting campaign. And a long one...
